If you would like to pay your yearly dues over the off season with partial payments, please follow the instructions below. Partial Payments may be made via CHECK ONLY at this time. Once payment is received the amount will be applied to your account. FULL payment due by April 15th.
Login into your FHSC Membership Account
Select Payment: Make a Payment
Select your Family/Couple/Single account type
Select your initiation payment (if applicable)
This will give you a total amount due (just subtract processing fee since you are paying via check).
Please indicate on your check that you are making a partial payment.
All dues are to be paid in full by April 15th every year.
