Membership Application
Fill out this form and you should receive an email with membership information around the waitlist or your next steps joining the club based on your Membership Type. We require a non-refundable fee of $100 to join our Family Membership waitlist which will be applied towards your membership once you have been offered a family membership at FHSC. Once Family membership has been offered, you have two weeks to accept and pay.
Family Membership Waitlist will begin offering in March 2025.

Availability:
- Family Membership – Waitlist
- Couple Membership – Available 18+ (adult & adult/adult & child)
- Senior Couple Membership age 60+- Available
- Individual Membership age 18+ – Available
All of our memberships require you to pay initiation dues at the time you accept membership. Initiation may be paid in full or installments over four years.
