Board nominations and votes

All current members are welcome to attend. Bylaw amendments are open for submittal at this time and must be received to Communications via email by 8/4/2024. We will publish all proposed bylaw amendments 1 week before open board meeting.  We will vote on all by physically present eligible voters during the open board meeting. Majority vote passes, with the President deciding all ties.

NOTE: Only Fully Initiated Adult Members are eligible to vote, make nominations or be nominated to the board.
