FHSC 2026 Payment and Early Incentive Returning Members
Payments for 2026 are open now. There are three options for payment:
1. Pay in full online
2. Pay in full by check
3. Make partial payments by check only (please create full order, instructions below)
All three of these require you to go into your account online and submit your order. Please be sure to select your yearly dues and if you are in initiation installments, that those are selected also. The pool capital assessment for 2026 of $150.00 plus tax is automatically applied to your account. This fee will help ensure financial stability after the pool project and support future improvements.
Partial Payments: If paying partial payments via check, don’t worry that the order is the full amount for partial check payments. Just submit it and we’ll apply the partial payments to the account as the checks come in until paid in full.
Initiation Installments: If you are paying your initiation in installments, please select dues and initiation at the same time. If dues are not in the order with initiation, the system will add the next years installment with dues if you pay at a later date.
Members who are not returning, please let us know so we can open a spot for another family. If you are a couple/single looking to upgrade, now is the time to let us know you would like to upgrade to a family membership. Please contact membership or support for account assistance prior to paying your account.
If you are going on hold for 2026, please login to your account, select hold account, pay the hold fee and assessment fee.
DUE DATES
Feb 28th Early Incentive: All Fully Paid Accounts + 13 guest credits
April 15th Final Due Date: All Fully Paid Accounts + 5 guest credits
April 16th-30th Full Payment Due + $75 plus tax late fee added
Checks must be postmarked before the above dates for incentives to apply.
